Chuck Moore worked well with my husband and me. We had many sit-down meetings to discuss needs and next steps in the beginning as well as after seeing a couple of houses each time. He answered all my husband’s many questions and concerns with calm patience and was always pleasant. He helped well with correspondence on houses and offers as well as with our builder after deciding to go with a to-be-built custom home. He also went above and beyond when my husband and I traveled to China for 5 months while our house was being built. He would check on the progress of the house, send pictures and updates, correspond with the builder if need be, Skype call us, and so forth! We are really grateful for Chuck and will definitely use him again in the future as well as recommend him to friends and family in the area!
